About My Clients
I enjoy working with individuals, groups, and couples from diverse backgrounds, ethnicities, and cultural perspectives, and I have particular experience supporting women, people of color, adolescents, and public figures.
My Background and Approach
My approach is rooted in a deep commitment to inclusivity and collaboration. I am trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and the Gottman Method. I graduated from Azusa Pacific University with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Therapy should be a safe and nonjudgmental space where people can freely explore their identities, emotions, and life experiences. I hold the belief that many carry unspoken stories shaped by culture, childhood, and shame, often without the words or support to express them. As a therapist, I strive to help clients give voice to those stories, approaching each journey with compassion, curiosity, and care to support understanding, healing, and growth.
