About My Clients

I offer queer, body-affirming, neurodiversity, kink, poly, and spiritually affirming therapy for adults and couples navigating grief, anxiety, trauma, burnout, identity, relationships, and life transitions. Many of my clients are seeking a space where all parts of themselves are welcome, especially after loss, marginalization, or years of adapting to survive. Together, we reconnect with your voice, body, values, and inner wisdom, moving toward healing, self-trust, belonging, and wholeness.

My Background and Approach

I graduated from Portland State University with a Master’s in Counseling and have worked in a range of clinical settings with adults, couples, and communities navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, identity, relationships, and life transitions. I am a queer, South Asian/East African therapist, multilingual immigrant, and spiritual person shaped by culture, migration, belonging, and the search for meaning. I speak English, Gujarati, Hindi, Swahili, and Punjabi. My approach is collaborative, non-hierarchical, trauma-informed, social justice-informed, and rooted in cultural humility. I am kink/poly affirming, fat/body affirming, neurodiversity affirming, disability centering, and spiritually open. I believe therapy works best when you are not treated as a problem to be fixed, but as a whole person with wisdom, history, resilience, and many parts seeking care. Together, we clarify what healing, safety, self-trust, and belonging look like for you, at a pace that honors your nervous system.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe healing is both deeply personal and profoundly relational. We are shaped by family, culture, identity, body, spirit, community, systems, and the many visible and invisible inheritances we carry. My work is rooted in cultural humility, social justice, compassion, and the belief that therapy can help us return to the parts of ourselves that have been silenced, exiled, shamed, or forgotten. I am especially drawn to work around grief, belonging, identity, spirituality, migration, body liberation, and the sacred complexity of being human. I welcome clients from both spiritual and non-spiritual perspectives, and I strive to offer a space where meaning-making, doubt, faith, anger, tenderness, and uncertainty can all be explored with respect. I believe therapy is not about becoming someone entirely new, but about finding your way back to yourself with more honesty, tenderness, courage, and self-trust.
