I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Psychodynamic Therapy to help clients uncover unconscious processes affecting their behavior and emotions. Through CBT, we tackle negative thought patterns and behaviors; with IFS, we explore and heal internal family dynamics; and through Psychodynamic Therapy, we delve into past experiences and relationships to resolve internal conflicts and enhance current interpersonal dynamics. My approach is client-centered, aiming for lasting psychological well-being.
