My Background and Approach
My work is grounded in warmth, cultural humility, and clinical depth. With over a decade of experience, I’ve supported teens, adults, older adults, and couples across diverse settings. My training in India and clinical experience at Massachusetts General Hospital and Boston Children's Hospital have shaped a cross-cultural perspective that emphasizes insight, resilience, and holistic growth. I integrate evidence-based approaches including CBT, narrative therapy, mindfulness, and meditation. My work is further informed by feminist and trauma-informed frameworks, allowing me to consider both individual patterns and broader social contexts. I tailor therapy to each person’s goals: balancing insight with practical strategies. Whether we are addressing anxiety, mood concerns, personality patterns, cognitive changes, or relationship dynamics, our work will be collaborative, thoughtful, and oriented toward sustainable growth, resilience, and self-trust.

I bring a cross-cultural perspective shaped by my training in India and clinical experience in the U.S., and I value social justice, equity, and holistic well-being. Outside of therapy, I engage in community initiatives related to mental health education, mindfulness, and wellness, and I strive to bring compassion, curiosity, and integrity into every interaction. My hope is to connect with clients authentically and to help them feel seen, valued, and empowered in their journey toward growth and healing.
