My Background and Approach
I work primarily with clients who have traumatic backgrounds (CPTSD) and additionally have symptoms of OCD, Panic Disorder, Social Phobia, and Generalized Anxiety Disorder. Whether you are going through a tough transition, a traumatic loss, or a severe anxiety disorder, I would love to help. I offer over 20 years of experience as a therapist and incorporate therapies including ERP for OCD (BTTI trained), EMDR and Somatic Experiencing for traumatic stress.
