If you are feeling lost, dealing with a difficult life transition, grieving the loss of a loved one/pet, or wanting to work through past trauma, I can help. I believe that therapy is more than just a place to vent(although that certainly can be helpful at times). I want to give you the tools to manage the difficult experiences that life brings, and I also aim to help you uncover and utilize the strengths that you already possess.
My Background and Approach
In my practice, I try to focus on your strengths and build from there. I have experience supporting people through the grief process as they cope with the loss of a loved one. I've also supported individuals through periods of crisis such as times of housing instability or managing suicidal ideation. I am currently being trained in EMDR with the goal of helping clients work through past trauma. If you are dealing with any of these issues or trying to manage depression or anxiety, I will be there to support you and give you the tools you need to overcome these challenges. Life can feel overwhelming, but I believe that you can navigate your troubles and thrive with the proper support.
