About My Clients
My clients are individuals, couples, children, teenagers and families. I work with trauma, patterns with anxiety, depression and PTSD. I love to work with my clients on their healing journey and helping them rediscover their lives. I help my clients with processing traumas, making safer space and uncovering somatic symptoms due to emotional pain. I work with IFS, somatic healing, solution focused approach and meditation during the sessions as it helps clients find the route to self-empathy.
My Background and Approach
I have been fascinated by the idea of helping others in need and specially during difficult times. As a trauma informed therapist I provide tools that help you navigate difficult emotions and being able to ground yourself even when times get hard. I also work with treatment goals and help you achieve those goals so you can graduate therapy and many of my clients have been able to graduate. For the last year I have been working on a project which connects hypnotherapy and past life regression to family systems. I am excited to work with clients on spiritual issues, processing past life work traumas or just processing them as I have done research on it. My goals is to help you build self-empathy and compassion for yourself. I work collaboratively with couples and help them build lost connections. I believe once my clients enter therapy the only way is to continue to healing.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in positive growth and that it can be achieved by anyone who is willing to work on themselves. Life throws a lot of challenging times on us human beings and it is our resilient nature that we all continue to strive for better future. My goal is to help my clients achieve the clear mindset and peaceful life that they deserve. I adapt to holistic therapeutic approach and slow down the thought process.
