I help students and professionals slow down, reconnect with themselves, and find steadier ground in the middle of all that pressure. Therapy with me is about making space to breathe, to feel, and to figure things out without judgment.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in working with college and graduate students, young professionals, and anyone navigating big life transitions. Many of my clients are high-achievers who struggle to rest, people-pleasers learning to set boundaries, or thoughtful overthinkers ready to stop carrying the world on their shoulders.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My style is warm, conversational, and collaborative. I don’t believe in “fixing” you—because you’re not broken. Instead, we focus on understanding what’s underneath your stress and learning how to move through it in ways that align with who you are and what you value. I also draw from trauma-informed and culturally responsive frameworks to honor your unique background, identity, and story.
