About My Clients
I have a passion for working with those confronting uncertainties around their sense of identity and how they express themselves. These uncertainties may stem from issues related to gender identity and sexuality, difficulties with body image, or feeling lost in the transitional stages of life. I also deeply value understanding the unique background of every individual and how the intersectionality of various identities impacts the equally unique nature of everyone's lived experiences.
My Background and Approach
As a therapist I believe in building a partnership by creating an open, non-judgmental, and unconditionally supportive environment where you can feel safe and free to truly express yourself as a way for us to work together to overcome any of life’s current and future challenges. In valuing and respecting the differences found in all people, I emphasize an eclectic theoretical approach as a way to identify strengths and meet the unique therapeutic needs of each client.
