About My Clients

My clients are those who are here to figure out how to realign their identities with who they really, truly are inside. My clients are those who are on a journey of individuation, of discovering who they truly are. Sometimes, that involves working through some painful experiences. In the end, you emerge as a person not defined by others, but instead by our own chosen self.

My Background and Approach

I believe that true healing begins when we connect with our deepest values and emotions. When supporting couples, my focus is on softening conflict and nurturing the kind of secure, lasting emotional bonds that can weather life's storms. For individuals, I draw on mindfulness and acceptance-based practices to help you anchor into what matters most to you, empowering you to live an authentic life even when difficult feelings or circumstances arise. My practice honors the whole person by weaving together modern psychological tools with timeless, contemplative wisdom. Whether you are looking to heal a fractured relationship or seeking profound clarity within your own mind, I am here to help you cultivate the resilience and confidence to thrive.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

As a former member of the Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (Mormon), I understand what it is like to be raised in a religion where your identity is not your own. The process of leaving a high-control religion can be painful, confusing, and scary. The realization that your thoughts and feelings are not your own, but instead are the result of a lifetime of indoctrination... it takes time and careful contemplation to untangle the mess that is left in it's aftermath. I hold a safe, open space for the people I work with to navigate their new life. Which beliefs do you hold that actually came from you? How do I tell my loved ones about this new path? I once asked these same questions, and am now happily on the other side.
