Over the past 20 years, I have been dedicated to assisting individuals of all ages—children, families, and adults—through various challenges such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, relationship struggles, and trauma. My experience has honed my skills and deepened my understanding of the complexities people face in their lives. In my practice, I integrate the highly effective approaches of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Practice, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). These methods work together to bring present-moment awareness, reduce emotional distress, and support the reprocessing of difficult memories in a safe and structured way.
