About My Clients
I offer psychotherapy for adults and teens (16 and older) struggling with problems such as depression, anxiety, trauma, life adjustments (such as immigration, expatriation, etc.), relationship issues and more! I recognize that you are the expert on you so I value collaborative work between client and therapist.
My Background and Approach
Some of my treatment methods include Trauma Informed Care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness Practice. Since obtaining my master’s degree in Psychology, I have gained experience and confidence in helping people from diverse background achieve their therapy needs.
