I offer an integrative approach to therapy, offering both tools and introspective conversations that empower you to gain greater knowledge and skills that will enable you to support yourself in any moment of anxiety. We will work collaboratively to process your experiences, explore underlying causes, and decrease the hold anxiety has in your life. Our past holds great influence over how we experiences our present and perceive our future; In our work together we will explore historical dynamics that have shaped and influenced the anxiety you experience today. We will determine tools that best suit your needs for feeling grounded and that will therefore be a greater aid in reducing your anxiety and helping you live your life to the fullest.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that every one of us is a unique individual who benefit from a personally tailored therapeutic approach. We have learned to survive throughout our lives using tools and coping mechanisms that have worked in some ways, but that have not allowed us to feel safe, comfortable, or fully happy with our lives as we move through them. I believe that we all have the capacity to improve our lives through increased introspect and tools which allow us to be the driving forces in our lives, and not our anxiety which restricts rather than encourages us. I support and empower individuals belonging to every orientation and strive to support you in your vision of a healthy future.
