I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and the Gottman Method, tailoring therapy to each person's unique needs. If your faith is important to you, I'm happy to thoughtfully integrate Christian counseling into our work using evidence-based approaches that support both emotional and spiritual growth.
