My Background and Approach
Thrive Mental Health is a Joint Commission–accredited behavioral health organization licensed in multiple states, delivering virtual IOP and PHP programs nationwide. Our multidisciplinary team—composed of licensed therapists, psychiatrists, and clinical specialists—uses evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, and trauma-informed care. Our approach is relational, outcomes-driven, and collaborative. We focus on helping clients gain emotional regulation, improve functioning, and rediscover purpose through group and individual therapy, psychiatric support, and experiential interventions. We also specialize in bridging gaps between outpatient therapy and inpatient hospitalization by providing safe, structured, and clinically intensive virtual programs that meet each client where they are. Thrive partners with major insurers, including Blue Cross, United Healthcare, Aetna, and Cigna.
