About My Clients
At Thrive Mental Health, we work with adults seeking structured support beyond traditional therapy. Many of our clients struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, or burnout and need a higher level of care that fits into their lives. Whether you’re balancing work or family, our virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides the flexibility and depth of care you need to recover and thrive. We serve adults in Florida, Indiana, Arizona, California, North Carolina, South Carolina and Texas.
My Background and Approach
Thrive Mental Health is a Joint Commission–accredited behavioral health organization licensed in seven states (Florida, Indiana, Arizona, California, North Carolina, South Carolina and Texas), delivering a virtual IOP for adults. Our multidisciplinary team—composed of licensed therapists, psychiatrists, and clinical specialists—uses evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, and trauma-informed care. Our approach is relational, outcomes-driven, and collaborative. We focus on helping clients gain emotional regulation, improve functioning, and rediscover purpose through group and individual therapy, psychiatric support, and experiential interventions. We also specialize in bridging gaps between outpatient therapy and inpatient hospitalization by providing safe, structured, and clinically intensive virtual programs that meet each client where they are. Thrive partners with major insurers, including Blue Cross, United Healthcare, Aetna, and Cigna.
