About My Clients
You hold space for others—now it’s your turn. We work best with therapists who crave real, roll-up-your-sleeves therapy: depth work, here-and-now processing, and feeling ALL your emotions (yes, even the unpleasant ones). Most of our clients are navigating burnout, compassion fatigue, or imposter syndrome—alongside the full range of therapist (and human) challenges like anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, and "life". We also offer group therapy with other therapists in 42 PSYPACT states.
My Background and Approach
I’m a licensed psychologist (PhD, LP, CGP) and the founder of Therapy for Therapists, a collective of PSYPACT-licensed psychologists offering online therapy, group work, and testing across 42 states. I've spent much of my career supporting other therapists—especially those navigating burnout, compassion fatigue, imposter syndrome, and perfectionism. My approach is relational, process-oriented, and emotionally deep. I value the here-and-now, and I'm not afraid to explore transference, countertransference, and parallel process with clients who are ready to do the work. I believe therapy is sacred—and I strive to create a space where you can be fully human, not just the “therapist version” of yourself. Whether you’re longing for a corrective emotional experience, clarity through assessment, or real connection in a therapy group, I’m here to walk alongside you. Let’s help you feel more grounded, alive, and fully yourself again.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As an ADHDer myself, I know what it’s like to have a beautifully busy brain—and I find so much joy in connecting with others who get it. I attend the national ADHD conference every year to stay current on research (and to nerd out with my ADHD friends). I'm also a "group guy" through and through—I've been active with the American Group Psychotherapy Association since 2012 and frequently present at national and local group therapy conferences. Outside of work, I enjoy singing, running (but only for about 3 miles), and playing the piano—sometimes all at once. I even performed a Disney parody at the last ADHD conference in Anaheim. I deeply support the Black Lives Matter movement and am committed to growing as an ally to marginalized communities. I believe therapy must be rooted in both love and justice—and I strive to create a space where every part of you is welcome.
