About My Clients

I have years of experience in working with client who struggle from depression, anxiety, past trauma, self-esteem issues, family conflict, and codependency.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. I have a graduate degree in Counseling and an undergraduate degree in Psychology. Some therapeutic interventions I use in sessions are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Informed Care, Positive Psychology, Person-Centered Therapy, and Psychodynamic.
