About My Clients
My clients are people of all ages and genders facing various challenges including depression, anxiety, trauma, and suicidality. I work with children and adolescents as a speciality area in my practice and enjoy helping everyone discover new ways to navigate life stressors.
My Background and Approach
I have a master's degrees in clinical mental health counseling, a graduate certificate in child and adolescent psychology, and specialty training in trauma therapies. My approach to therapy is to make sure you are involved in the process. I will work with you to define your goals of therapy and what's important for you to work on. Because sometimes words are not enough, I use creative approaches to help with uncovering and discovering self. I also use evidence-based techniques to ensure that the practices provide the most benefit to you.
