About My Clients
I am excited to work alongside my clients on their journeys and will assist you in developing an individualized plan by incorporating multiple therapeutic techniques to help meet your identified goals and improve your overall quality and satisfaction in life. I have experienece working with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD and helping those who have a history of addiction and need support in maintaining their recovery journey. I am also an ADHD certified provider.
My Background and Approach
I support clients by assisting with identifying goals, developing coping skills and navigating struggles by helping to create a motivational, non-judgmental, therapeutic environment. I enjoy helping clients who may feel overwhelmed by their circumstances learn how to set goals and practice follow through.
