About My Clients
I offer Individual, Couple, and Family Coaching and Therapy Services, along with Sex Therapy, Speaking Engagements, Ecclesiastical Consultations, and AASECT Supervision. I specialize in Sex Therapy and Sexuality Concerns, Faith Transitions, Marital/Couple, and Relational Concerns, Mixed Faith Relationships, LGBTQIA2+ Journeys, Mixed Orientation Relationships Trauma, and Depression and Anxiety.
My Background and Approach
I am the owner and founder of Symmetry Solutions. I bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University and a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Friends University. I also received her certifications as a sex therapist and sex therapist supervisor from the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT). I have been in practice as a mental health professional for over 20 years, primarily working with a Mormon clientele around issues of relational health, faith transitions and journeys, and sexuality. I host The Natasha Helfer Podcast and have a membership platform providing resources, groups, and training. I speak/present in both professional and public settings. I have been invited as a guest speaker at several national events and am available for speaking engagements. Natasha has been interviewed for many podcasts, TV news programs, and newspaper articles. I am licensed in Kansas, Utah, and Wisconsin.
