About My Clients
I work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, and stressful life transitions. I have a particular passion for working with young adults and women who are going through stressful life events, grieving, or experiencing family or relationship conflict. I also have extensive training working with individuals with a history of sexual violence and trauma.
My Background and Approach
I am currently under the supervision of Krystal Smith, PsyD (PSY34381) working toward California licensure. I have extensive training in CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed therapies. I specifically tailor my approach to meet your unique needs. I draw on over a decade of experience both in the US and abroad. I pride myself on being able to create a compassionate, safe, authentic, and collaborative space where you can express yourself freely, explore difficult topics, and gently strategize to help you move forward. If you struggle with ADHD or executive functioning, I also offer coaching to help develop planning, time management, organization, and task initiation skills.
