About My Clients
While I specialize in working with youth, I also best serve neurodivergent, insecurely attached, and highly sensitive people of all ages. If you tend to struggle with your relationships, feel your emotions especially deeply, are passionately creative, and often feel overwhelmed by stress, we may be a good fit!
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is compassionate, creative, and collaborative. I encourage all my clients to discover their resilience through their creativity and often utilize experiential methods (art, play, working with animals, and other expressive activities) in our work together. These approaches can open new pathways to expression when words aren’t enough, helping you access insight and healing in deeper ways. I also value collaboration and transparency. Therapy with me is a shared process, where your voice and perspective matter. My goal is to create a supportive and authentic space where you feel safe to explore challenges, develop new coping tools, and build a more connected relationship with yourself and others.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in creating a therapeutic space that's inclusive, authentic, and compassionate. My work is grounded in the values of equity, integrity, and authenticity, and I strive to meet each client where they are with openness and curiosity. I am committed to supporting diverse communities, including neurodivergent individuals, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+ populations, and I recognize the importance of addressing the cultural, systemic, and relational contexts that shape our lives. Outside of therapy, I am passionate about animal welfare, with a special interest in animal-assisted therapy and the healing bond between people and animals. At the heart of my work is the belief that healing is relational, and that growth happens when we feel deeply seen, understood, and empowered.
