About My Clients
My clients are cycle-breakers and deep seekers, often carrying generational, cultural, or childhood trauma. Many experience anxiety, depression, or complex PTSD and are ready to explore root causes, not just symptoms. They value a holistic, somatic approach and are open to ancestral wisdom, nervous system healing, and soul-aligned growth.
My Background and Approach
I bring over 15 years of experience in the mental health field and an integrative, trauma-informed approach to healing. My work is guided by self-awareness, multicultural insight, and a deep respect for each person’s unique path. I draw on my own lived and educational experiences to recognize identity patterns and guide meaningful interventions. I received my B.A. in Psychology from the University of Oregon and an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from NCU. I am a certified Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner (SEP), and incorporate Somatic Experiencing®, Core Process Psychotherapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy into sessions. My approach is holistic and person-centered, emphasizing nervous system regulation, embodied presence, and the healing power of connection.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe each person holds the innate capacity to heal, grow, and thrive. Through self-awareness, embodiment, and self-actualization, we can reconnect with our authentic selves and live in alignment with our deepest truth. I trust in the body’s wisdom and the power of the human spirit to transform pain into purpose. Healing is not linear, it’s a sacred, empowering journey toward wholeness, sovereignty, and inner freedom.
