About My Clients
It's so hard to feel safe and secure in our bodies and relationships. Often, we prioritize protection over connection and pleasure. While living a protected life we may long for a joyful life where we feel fully ourselves, able to experience eroticism, revival, and abundance. Protection can look like: you have difficulty being vulnerable, fear intimacy, struggle to connect to arousal or desire, or have some sexual hurdles such as painful sex, erectile difficulties, lack of orgasm, and shame.
My Background and Approach
I show up in the therapeutic space with tenderness, curiosity, and humor. I draw on the neuroscience of attachment and nervous system states to facilitate embodied healing and increased sense of presence and pleasure. I’ve received specialized training in Sex Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Ego-State/IFS Therapy, Somatic Therapy, and EMDR.
