About My Clients
My clients are adults seeking support with anxiety, depression, or body image concerns. Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), we work to identify unhelpful thoughts, build healthier patterns, and develop self-compassion. Together, we create lasting change so you can feel more confident, balanced, and at peace with yourself.
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 10 years of experience focusing on anxiety, mood, disordered eating, and bariatrics. I use a collaborative, cognitive-behavioral approach to help clients thrive and reach their goals. I am particularly interested in helping clients develop self-compassion and a healthy relationship with food and their bodies.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that change is possible, and with support, guidance, and a focus on your goals and values, you can navigate challenges, find balance, and feel more at ease in your own life. My goal is to equip you with the tools to cultivate self-compassion, strengthen coping skills, and form sustainable habits that promote overall wellness. The therapy that I do is collaborative and compassionate. I take an inclusive, body-affirming approach that values health and healing at every shape and size, helping you move toward balance, confidence, and self-acceptance.
