Therapy can be a powerful space for reflection, growth, and real change and my goal is to help you feel supported along the way. I approach our work together with curiosity, compassion, and a genuine respect for your process. I have a very collaborative yet transparent approach towards therapy and I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, I focus on getting to know you so we can figure out what actually helps you move forward. I have experience working from various modalities such as DBT, narrative therapy, psychodynamic, and CBT. I’ll offer tools and perspectives, but I’ll also be present with you as you explore, reflect, and grow in ways that feel authentic and sustainable.
