About My Clients
My clients are often thoughtful, self-aware adults and young adults who feel anxious, stuck, or chronically self-critical. Many appear high-functioning on the outside but struggle internally with overthinking, people-pleasing, or a sense of not being good enough. Some grew up feeling unseen or emotionally neglected, and those early experiences continue to shape relationships, work, and self-worth. They come to therapy wanting deeper understanding, relief, and more ease in how they relate to them
My Background and Approach
My background is in psychodynamic and trauma-informed therapy, which means I pay close attention to how past experiences, relationships, and emotional patterns continue to shape the present. Rather than focusing only on symptoms or quick fixes, I help clients slow down and make sense of what they’re feeling, how they relate to others, and the beliefs they hold about themselves. In our work together, we explore patterns that may feel familiar yet difficult to change, often with curiosity and compassion rather than judgment. I believe healing happens in relationship — through being understood, reflected, and met with honesty and care. My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and paced to your needs, with room for both depth and humor. Therapy is not about fixing what’s “wrong,” but about developing greater awareness, self-trust, and freedom in how you live and relate.
