About My Clients
Life doesn’t always unfold the way we expected. I work with teens and adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, chronic illness and pain, and health-related changes. You may be adjusting to a relationship or career change, figuring out young adulthood, coping with changes in your health, or simply realizing life doesn’t feel like it used to. Therapy can be a space to slow down, make sense of what’s changing, and find your footing as you figure out what comes next.
My Background and Approach
I believe therapy works best when you feel like an active participant in your own story—not someone being told what to do or how you should feel. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the idea that understanding where you’ve been can help you decide where you want to go next. In our work together, we’ll make room for the difficult parts of what you’re experiencing while also looking at patterns, relationships, expectations, and experiences that may be shaping how you see yourself and your current situation. We’ll work on practical ways to manage anxiety, cope with uncertainty, and navigate change without losing sight of the parts of your life that matter to you. I’m a licensed clinical social worker and provide virtual individual therapy to teens and adults throughout South Carolina and Colorado. I especially enjoy working with people navigating major life transitions, anxiety, chronic illness or pain, and health-related changes.
