Is your child struggling with life transitions? Or maybe you are struggling to co-parent with your ex spouse. Sometimes teenagers are really struggling and need someone to talk to and navigate the challenges of growing up. Often times parents need advice in how to come with the developmental changes in their children.

I am trained in play therapy, EMDR and CBT. I come from a collaborative approach and not a one size fits all approach to my clients!
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a former Christian, and current Agnostic. I strive to value and honor LGBTQ and BLM movements. Every person deserves to be treated with worth and dignity.
