My Background and Approach
I will create a safe space for our journey together as we uncover your truth, create a lifestyle that keeps you squarely in your worth, and curate your most beautiful life. When working with me, you can expect a welcoming, nurturing environment where I honor you in your full worth - exactly where you are and regardless of where you’ve been or what you’ve done. Based on your unique needs, we’ll develop a roadmap for our time together. This roadmap may take us on a journey through childhood, value and belief systems, thinking and feeling patterns, and current and past relationships. I have an integrative practice approach, weaving together mindfulness, self-compassion, relationship-based, and cognitive behavioral strategies on a foundation of strengths-focus and empowerment.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have built a life of worth after emerging from my own darkness of loss, addiction, and interpersonal violence. My journey inspired me to walk with other womxn in their healing and growth. As such, my practice focuses on girls, womxn, and mothers struggling with self-esteem, co-dependency, addiction, anxiety, and depression.
