My experience spans diverse behavioral health settings, giving me a well-rounded perspective on supporting clients through anxiety, depression, stress, and major life changes. I specialize in evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailoring these tools to fit your unique needs and goals. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
When I’m not working with clients, I’m a devoted dog mom to two wonderful companions who keep life interesting. I spent 15 years as a Disney cast member, deeply inspired by Walt’s visionary spirit. Nature is my sanctuary—I often recharge hiking serene trails or relaxing by the ocean. I enjoy attending baseball games with family and friends, though I’m more about the experience than the stats. I also spent time as an off-ice official for an ECHL team, which was an engaging and memorable chapter. Volunteering at a local zoo remains close to my heart, and I’m passionate about any opportunity to support animal welfare. As a devoted shark fan, I celebrate Discovery’s Shark Week like it’s a major holiday. Mindfulness and self-care are more than just concepts to me—they’re daily practices I integrate into therapy to help clients cultivate clarity and resilience. To me, healing is rooted in authentic connection, thoughtful dialogue, and a touch of inspiration.
