Throughout my career, I’ve witnessed how powerful Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) can be in helping clients regain control over their thoughts and emotions. Using CBT, I guide clients to challenge negative patterns and replace them with healthier perspectives that empower them to take meaningful action in their lives.

In my practice, Psychodynamic Therapy has been a powerful tool for helping clients uncover the hidden patterns that influence their thoughts, behaviors, and relationships. I use this approach to explore how past experiences, including family dynamics and formative events, shape present-day challenges. My goal is to guide clients toward a deeper understanding of themselves, empowering them to create meaningful and lasting changes that align with their personal values.

I believe that every individual has the capacity for growth and self-discovery, and my Humanistic Therapy approach reflects that belief. With a decade of experience in supporting women through various life stages, I focus on addressing the unique challenges that women face. From navigating identity shifts in motherhood, to coping with societal pressures and relational dynamics, I create a supportive environment where women can explore their strengths, set boundaries, and embrace their authentic selves. I'm a former doula and women's circle facilitator.
