I love working with clients who are hoping to better any aspect of life, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. The client may feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious, but are hopeful that help from a trained clinician maybe the key to improvement.

Motivational Interviewing Motivation Interviewing is a great technique to help engage clients in sessions. Mindfulness-Based Therapy Mindfulness is an incredible skill to learn, that can help manage difficult feelings and situations. Humanistic I enjoy incorporating the Humanistic approach because is consider the whole person, especially their positive characteristics and potential for growth!
