About My Clients
I specialize in working with individuals and couples with ADHD who want support that’s tailored to how their specific, individual brains work. You are more than just a person with ADHD, and likely need support outside of organization and time management. I work with people who want to learn more about themselves and what works for them, heal their past, and build flexibility and grit. Whether it’s ADHD, anxiety, or life transitions, I work with people to know themselves, mind, body, and spirit.
My Background and Approach
My background weaves clinical training with a deep respect for intuition and lived experience. I believe real change happens when we understand how our minds and bodies work together, and when we give ourselves space to grow into that connection. I draw from trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches including EMDR, somatic tools from the Trauma-Conscious Yoga Method, and frameworks like IFS and Relational Life Therapy. My style blends warmth, humor, and directness, creating therapy that feels real, sustainable, and connected to your whole self. Through IFS, we explore self-understanding, the Trauma-Conscious Yoga Method helps you better understand your body’s responses to stress and the tools it already has to manage heavy emotions; and EMDR helps you process experiences that still feel unresolved. Together, we focus on practical tools to regulate your nervous system, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Therapy should feel human and collaborative. I don't want to sit down and discuss life's hardest moments with someone I can't feel anything from, I don't think you should have to either. I show up as myself, grounded, curious, and real, so you can feel comfortable doing the same. I believe that humor has an important place in healing; it helps us connect, see life from new angles, and hold chaos with a little more lightness. I care deeply about social justice and strive to stay accountable in my role as a therapist. As someone with privilege—both through my job and identity—I work to listen, learn, and amplify marginalized voices. In session, that means acknowledging our differences, centering your lived experience, and rebalancing power so we’re equals in the room. My goal is to create a space where growth, authenticity, and compassion can coexist, even when things get hard. I want you to thrive, overcome, and connect in a way that feels fulfilling and at peace.
