About My Clients
I do my best work with creative millennials looking to overcome the challenges of living with anxiety. I take a holistic approach to psychotherapy blending Western psychology principles with Eastern philosophies of healing. Clients leave my office with more clarity, ease and emotional resilience.
My Background and Approach
I've always felt that Western psychology explained how the brain worked and how trauma, loss and our early relationships greatly influence our current lives. But it seemed to be missing a few key ingredients for healing – such as connecting to one's spirituality, understanding the impacts of diet and exercise on mental health and attending to the physical experience of the body. That's why it only seemed natural for me to integrate these aspects of total health into my therapy practice.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My passion is helping people live more peaceful, meaningful lives. I believe that in order to be truly happy, one must attend to the health of mind, body and spirit. This perspective blends Western psychology with Eastern philosophies of healing. It also means that I won't give you band-aid solutions — I get to the root cause of issues to support true healing.
