My Background and Approach
My experience cumulates to over 10 years working in the mental health field, with roles including social work, crisis counseling, and group and individual counseling. As a counselor I love to help people find freedom when dealing with codependency, body shame, grief and loss, life transitions, parenting, anxiety, and depression. I specialize working with people in helping professions overcome burnout and thrive in their work again. Theories that guide my work are attachment theory, intuitive eating and health and every size, and trauma informed approach.

I believe you deserve to have your story heard without judgment. I can show you meaningful ways to thrive as a parent by engaging with your life, rather than coasting through numb and overwhelmed. It is my passion to walk with you so you know you are not alone and show you practical tools to take care of your emotional health.
