About My Clients
I help my clients learn to manage their anxiety and self-doubt. This means learning to speak up for themselves and feeling confident in sharing their thoughts, feelings, and ideas. This means learning to take initiative in personal and social situations, and learning to live a life that aligns with their values and dreams. My Background and Approach
In sessions, we will begin with identifying what is impacting your daily functioning right now, what your strengths are, what your system of support looks like, and then we'll explore how you ended up here. I use cognitive behavioral therapy and brief solution focused therapy. In addition, we will practice relaxation and grounding exercises to help you feel more calm and in control within your environment.

Everyone deserves to feel heard, respected, and valued. My goal is to leave my clients feeling empowered to live a life that is authentically their own and in turn, to have a positive impact on those around them.
