My Background and Approach
I am a Marriage and Family Therapist with specialized training in working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families. My background in systemic therapy means I don’t just focus on one person — I look at the patterns, relationships, and environments that influence stress, behavior, and emotional wellbeing. I am trained in evidence-based approaches for anxiety, trauma, and behavioral challenges, helping clients build practical skills for emotional regulation, communication, and conflict resolution.
