About My Clients
My ideal client is someone who feels overwhelmed by life’s challenges, struggles with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-worth, or relationship difficulties, and desires meaningful change. You may find yourself overthinking, people-pleasing, struggling to set boundaries, or feeling emotionally exhausted. Whether you’re healing from past experiences or learning to better understand yourself, I provide a compassionate, judgment-free space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow.
My Background and Approach
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA), I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, heal from painful experiences, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves. My therapeutic approach is compassionate, collaborative, person-centered, and trauma-informed. I believe therapy should be a safe, judgment-free space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported. I incorporate evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and emotional regulation techniques. I focus on helping clients recognize unhealthy patterns, process difficult emotions, strengthen self-worth, establish healthy boundaries, and build meaningful connections. I tailor each session to your unique needs, balancing emotional exploration with practical tools that encourage healing, personal growth, and lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone deserves to feel heard, valued, understood, and accepted without judgment. I believe our past experiences shape how we see ourselves, others, and the world, but they do not have to define our future. Healing is not about becoming someone different; it’s about reconnecting with who you are, recognizing your worth, and learning to give yourself the same compassion you extend to others. I believe meaningful change begins with self-awareness, honesty, and a willingness to explore uncomfortable emotions in a safe, supportive environment. Growth is not always linear, and setbacks are a natural part of the healing process. I value authenticity, empathy, and the therapeutic relationship, and I believe clients are the experts on their own lives. My role is not to tell you who to be, but to walk alongside you as you discover your strengths, challenge limiting beliefs, establish healthy boundaries, and create a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling.
