About My Clients

I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life transitions. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, stuck, or misunderstood. I offer a calm, respectful space to explore your needs, with a focus on medication management and support. Whether you're starting care for the first time or continuing your mental health journey, I aim to meet you where you are—with care that fits into your life.

My Background and Approach

I'm a board-certified PMHNP and founder of Venice Behavioral Health. I provide telehealth psychiatric care for teens and adults, with a focus on anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma. With a background in ICU nursing, I bring a compassionate, culturally responsive lens to care. My goal is to support healing through safe, accessible medication management tailored to your unique story and goals.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe mental health care should be accessible, affirming, and grounded in respect for each person’s lived experience. As a woman of color and a provider with deep roots in both medicine and community service, I strive to create a safe space where clients feel seen and heard. I support causes that uplift marginalized communities and reduce stigma around mental health, especially in Black and underserved populations. I welcome clients of all backgrounds, faiths, and identities.
