About My Clients
I have been practicing for 10 years in outpatient therapy with a population of both teens and adults. My work with clients has included individual, family, and couples therapy. I aim to meet clients wherever they are on their journeys to offer practical interventions based on their unique set of needs. My approach to therapy is open and without judgment. I provide meaningful support to assist clients with personal growth and positive change.
My Background and Approach
After completing my master's degree at NYU I started my career working with teenagers placed in foster care settings. I continuously pursued ongoing trainings to strengthen my skill set and improve my ability to offer evidence-based treatment. In my ten years of practice I have expanded services to include adults, couples and families, and I have experience working with a wide array of diagnoses and symptoms.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe it is important to maintain an unbiased and nonjudgmental stance when working with clients. It is my responsibility to meet clients with compassion so they feel safe to explore their inner experience and find meaningful ways to work through their personal difficulties.
