About My Clients
I work best with thoughtful, sensitive, and deeply feeling people who are navigating change, loss, complicated relationships, or the process of figuring out who they are and what they want next. My clients may be navigating through chronic mental health conditions, relationship challenges, infertility, grief, betrayal, family conflict, or major life transitions.
My Background and Approach
I believe therapy should be a space where you can bring the whole of who you are, including the parts of yourself you understand well and the parts that feel confusing, uncomfortable, or difficult to share. You do not need to have everything figured out before beginning therapy, and you do not need to become a different person to deserve care, connection, or self-compassion. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I aim to create a space where you feel understood and accepted while also having opportunities to explore difficult patterns, build new skills, and make changes that matter to you. I believe meaningful growth involves both acceptance and change: learning to meet yourself where you are while developing the tools to respond differently when your current ways of coping are no longer serving you.
