About My Clients
Clients that come to see us at Compass Healing Project want more than just talk therapy, they want depth, experience, and holistic-integrative therapy with people that are aware, open, and well-versed in the human experience of becoming our deepest, highest and most authentic selves. We are all trained in some form of somatic trauma resolution and most clients that come to us long for therapy with supportive and knowledgable guides for the transformation of pain into wholeness.
My Background and Approach
Our approach is somatic. Somatic Experiencing, Sensorimotor, EMDR, NeuroAffective Relational Model, Somatic Trauma Resolution, Developmental Attachment Repair, and Somatic Internal Family Systems are all modalities we utilize in our work with clients to heal childhood trauma, sexual trauma, religious trauma, infertility, infidelity, warzone and combat trauma, genderized trauma, racial and ancestral traumatic woundings. As the lead therapist, I hand pick the well trained and incredibly skilled clinicians to serve our community. These clinicians have expertise in using the body as a vehicle of healing, the heart as the magic for transformation, the spirit to facilitate the alchemy of evolution, and the mind as the initiator of change. We, here at Compass Healing Project, seek to support people in finding a good fit and finding a practice that holds space with sacred honor for who you are becoming is how we approach the work of healing with you.
