My Background and Approach
I have over 25 years of clinical experience, with the mental health and substance use disorder populations, working with men, women and couples. I use an eclectic, collaborative approach, individual to a persons needs.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that we are all trying to do the best we can, but there come times when we can all use a setting where we can use assistance in navigating challenges /struggles. Therapy can provide that safe setting where, through psychotherapy, can better understand our selves, and gain a deeper knowledge of our strengths and limitations.
