I enjoy working with adults, teens and couples to provide a space for them to work through their struggles, trauma and/or transitions.
My Background and Approach
I have experience treating trauma, PTSD, grief, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, marital/relationship difficulties, and more. My approach is tailored to each client individually as I recognize that each person's experiences are uniquely theirs. I have a heart for working with people of all backgrounds and life experiences and I'm passionate about helping people grow and reach their goals. My goal is to see people change holistically--physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually--as it aligns with their values and goals for their lives.
