About My Clients

My practice is welcoming of all clients and backgrounds/identities. I enjoy supporting clients in better managing their anxiety, depression, OCD, and ADHD. I also help my clients navigate life transitions, set and maintain boundaries, and to better understand their peer relationships. I do this by helping my clients identify their thoughts and feelings and support them to meet their needs.

My Background and Approach

I am a graduate of Boston University where I received my Ed.M. in Counseling Psychology. I'm a laid back therapist and provide a safe environment for my clients that is empathic, non-judgmental, and culturally sensitive. I strive to help my clients reach their goals and aid them in many ways including self-exploration, recovery, stabilization, and growth. I am trained extensively in Brainspotting which is a neurobiological modality allowing clients to identify, process, and release sources of trauma related to symptoms of anxiety, depression, chronic pain, obsessive thoughts, dissociation, and a variety of other symptoms.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am an LGBTQ+ ally and consider my therapy to be welcoming for people of color, immigrants, people of all abilities, religious minorities, and people of all sizes. I am committed to social justice and will help my clients address issues related to marginalization, and cultural and societal expectations. My commitment is to walk alongside my clients during the therapeutic process and provide a safe environment for everyone to feel trusted and heard. My goal is to help my clients in finding answers and support their healing and growth towards a positive future. When I am not working, I enjoy reading and writing, hiking, playing with my dog, pottery, going to concerts and listening to music, cooking, and listening to true crime podcasts.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
