About My Clients
You might be my ideal client if you're dealing with trauma, grief, relationship struggles, or perinatal challenges and are ready for change. I specialize in perinatal psychology, neurodiversity, complex trauma, and bereavement. I work with expectant and new parents, neurodivergent individuals, teens, couples, and military families facing anxiety, mood disorders, eating disorders, or major life transitions. Together, we'll create a path toward healing that honors who you are.
My Background and Approach
With over 19 years of clinical experience across Texas, I create therapy spaces guided by authenticity, curiosity, and deep compassion. Your background and context matter profoundly to me—I'm committed to providing an experience where all parts of you can be known, heard, and supported. My practice is intentionally non-pathologizing. Rather than asking "what's wrong," I recognize how your mind and body have brilliantly adapted to your unique circumstances. This perspective helps you move from shame to understanding, from stuck to empowered. I've pursued extensive specialized training to serve you better: Internal Family Systems (Level 2), EMDR (Level 2), Integrative Somatic Parts Work, and Brainspotting (Level 2). These tools help integrate mind, body, and soul for whole-person healing. I specialize in complex trauma, perinatal mental health, neurodiversity, grief, and relationship issues.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I became a therapist because I believe deeply in the power of being truly seen and supported during life's darkest moments. I know firsthand how transformative it is to have someone witness your pain without judgment and help you find your way back to yourself. I'm passionate about creating affirming, inclusive spaces for all identities—including LGBTQ+ individuals, neurodivergent folks, and people from marginalized communities. Your full identity is welcome here. I'm especially dedicated to perinatal mental health advocacy, working to destigmatize the complex emotions that can arise during pregnancy, postpartum, and reproductive experiences. Parenthood isn't always what we expect, and you deserve support without shame. Healing isn't about fixing what's "broken"—it's about honoring your resilience and building a life that feels genuinely yours.
