My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Professional Mental Health Counselor and have been practicing since 2017. I earned my Master’s degree from the University of Phoenix and have experience supporting diverse communities across a wide range of mental health concerns. My clinical background includes emergency mental health care, crisis intervention, and support for individuals experiencing panic attacks, depression, and suicidal ideation. I have also facilitated therapeutic workshops and group sessions designed to meet the needs of different populations. I take a holistic, person-centered approach to therapy, focusing on building a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship. My work emphasizes emotional safety, collaboration, and practical tools that support long-term stability and wellbeing.
