My Background and Approach
I use a client-centered approach where you are the expert of your experience. Your story will be met with the respect, empathy, and care you deserve. Through our work together, you’ll gain clarity on past experiences, rebuild a compassionate relationship with yourself, and let go of limiting beliefs—all of which pave the way for healing and self-acceptance. I also am trained in Brainspotting, a tool that goes beyond talk therapy to identify, process, and release pent up stress and trauma in the body.
