I help partners break out of recurring conflict cycles, rebuild trust after betrayal, and find their way back to genuine connection. In-person in Carlsbad or via telehealth throughout California.
My Background and Approach
I work with clients who are struggling to connect in their relationship after an affair, betrayal or other injury occurred. During our initial sessions, we will begin to map the pain cycle that has led to disconnection. Most of my clients are able to see their pain cycle clearly, reconnect in a vulnerable way and stay connected in the future.
